    Inspired Good Fat Life Podcast

    Inspired Good Fat Life Podcast

    by

    Since May 1, 2020 10:00 UTC

The Inspired Good Fat Life is hosted by Sherri. Our podcast is a representation of our community and the people and businesses that operate within.
You can learn more about our mission and check out our magazine which premiers quarterly at https://goodfatlife.com/ Mindfulness expert, Trice Berlinski, of Presence to Pupils, speaks with Sherri about the mental health crisis children and young adults are facing. While the Covid-19 pandemic exasperated the crisis, adolescents were already facing significant mental health issues with anxiety, depression, and suicide skyrocketing. Trice correlates this trend with the explosion of smartphone use among young people.

Sadly, the professionals in the mental health field are overwhelmed, putting potential new clients on a long wait list before they can see someone for help. People are desperate for help but can’t get it.

Trice offers a solution, guiding adolescents, children, and young adults, as a certified expert in meditation, mindfulness, and neuroscience on a love-based donation basis. Trice explains that a love-based donation means that people pay according to the value they receive from working with her as well as according to what they can pay. Some people may be able to pay more while others pay very little if anything.
